A Special Visit From Nana & Poppi

We had a really wonderful visit with Jess’ parents last week. By now they are back in America with lots of stories to tell of what life is like here. It was quite an adventure for them as it was their first time out of the US. I think they got a good taste of what life is like for us here.

They experienced amazing hospitality from our neighbors & friends, led a discussion group at our English Club, and went to several gatherings of friends that welcomed them with joy and exotic food. We were also able to get away for a week of vacation with Jess’ parents that really refreshed us and gave our girls some special memories with their grandparents.
